go into track exercise type in what kind of dvd it was you can try boot camp but i might not be there. was it cardio vascular something that resembles the work out the closest and do that. that what i did for Zumba they did not have it but they had belly dance and dance and i did that instead

Go to Exercise. you will see at the top a database icon. You will see to the right (...or choose an exercise below:) Click on it and a dropdown menu will appear. Choose what you think comes closest and add time.

I'm in the same boat with you! I've recently seen a post about this and someone said you can put it down as aerobics in your ecercise and let mfp calculate it. :)
I'm doing The Biggest Loser Cardio Max.

A Heart Rate Monitor is still a good idea, since you might be working harder or less hard than the DVD or game. The HRM will let you know more accurately what you, in particular, burn during aerobics. However, if you are on blood pressure medicine, such as I, an HRM will not accurately reflect effort, as your heart rate will stay relatively low.

Ultimately, it should not be too much as an issue, as you should always overestimate what you eat and underestimate how much you workout, which will make for a more effective fitness plan.
