New and need friends!

Hi everyone. I started my journey 2 weeks ago. I started at 5' 5" and 250 lbs. I really have never exercised but I love to hike. My goal is too lose enough weight to be able to climb Mt. Washington NH in July. I have been exercising regularly for 2 weeks and started my 1220 calorie diet on 1/8/12. I woke up this morning and the scale says I am 237 already!!! Feel free to add me, I need all of the encouragement I can get!

    wellcome , i am also new , to have a goal like that is a very productive way of achieving your dreams , i have set a goal to participate on a 6k run in my town which take place annualy end march .
