Nothing in particular, as long as your nutirition is good and varied.

Are there any foods that you exclude?

    I take vit B complex (I am a vegetarian)
and D3 (I dont get enough sunlight)
and vit E as it has blood thinning effects
flax seed oil as vit E due to having clotting issues

if I did not need them due to the reasons given I would take nothing at all
a good healthy eating plan should give you all you need

I don' t think multivitamins are necessary if you eat reasonably well. Google around for studies if you'd like to learn more for yourself.

However, because I don't eat seafood I take an Omega-3 and a Vitamin D supplement every day. If you have any specific foods you avoid, you might want to consider specific supplements.

I take a One-A-Day Vitamin for Women. This way, no matter how i eat or if i get stressed, etc. at least i know i'm getting the basic nutrients. Depending on your age - you may want to get one that has a bit of extra iron.
