Hi everyone, I'm new here and I just set up my profile. After entering all my goals and info, it came up with me needing to eat 1330 calories per day. Then there was a section that said if I work out 4 times per week at 60 minutes each, I will burn 1000+ (don't remember exactly) calories a week with exercise.
My question- Is the 1330 calories considered by itself? Or, if I do not end up exercising should I be eating less calories?
Sorry if its confusing, I don't know how else I would word that.

The 1330 stands alone, you don't NEED to exercise.
But if you do, you'll find MFP adds a few more calories onto your daily goal. These are exercise calories, and there are never-ending debates on here as to whether or not you should eat those too!0 -
1330 is the net calories you should be aiming. if you exercise then you earn more calories. if you use the exercise tool in mfp, it will calculate how many additional calories you can eat that day to stay on track.0
