DRAMATIC LOSS and now NOTHING at all

For the past 3 weeks I have continued to eat healthy, be mindful of my body, and exercise when time permits. After two weeks of no loss I tried switching up my diet. I have added more protein, switched up my exercise routine, eaten less carbs, incorporated strength training and still, NOTHING! this is so frustrating. Any ideas of what could be going on?

PS will open my diary to public to see if anyone sees something I can improve on

    What type of exercise have you been doing?
  • I'm stuck on a plateau as well. After dramatic losses I have come to a standstill whilst maintaining good control over my caloric intake and maintaining my physical routine. My plateau is three weeks long now. Maybe we shouldn't worry too much and not be deterred by this temporary standstill. Let's not give up hope!!
