cracking down. For people that need to lose 50+ lbs.

It's time for me to crack down. I have gained 6.3 lbs. after a 17 lb. loss! I weigh 186.5 and need to get down to 130. My short term goal is to get to 170. My email is kanphrs@aol.com or you can email me on here. Maybe after we get a team of 4 or so we can do a 5 lb. challenge. I don't know. Any suggestions appreciated.
