its been pretty slow but i am down 55 lbs, its taken me 2 years because i am a rollercoaster dieter... thought i'd post some pics for people who wanted a bit of motivation

i saw instructions on how to post.
choose the IMG code from photobucket. paste the code to your post. change the "IMG" at the beginning and end to "img".0 -
