Bodyrock.tv - useful tool?

I have subscribed on YouTub/Facebook e to Bodyrock.tv - I wondered if anyone out there uses the Bodyrock programmes and how effective they find them? Feedback is greatly appreciated :smile:

    Personally, I love their routines. They can be a little tough. But I love their compound movements and I did see improvements in my body when I would religiously follow them.

    I've been using bodyrock for a while and I do love it (especially for the variety -- it's awesome!) However, I do find that the older workouts (2010 - 2011) seem to get me better results than the newer ones, so I've been cycling through some of the older ones to lose some post-holiday weight.

    Also, I've found that when I need to lose weight, I need to supplement the routines with additional cardio (running, swimming, elliptical, etc.). If you look in the comments board on their web site, you'll notice that many of the users do other activities as a supplement. So, I don't think you can just rely on it solely for achieving fitness goals (unless you are super fit and just need maintain).

    Just my $0.02.

    I have been subscribed for a while and tried some of the recipes (God bless Zuzana's cinnamon toast! ) But wasn't sure whether it was a con - I mean, they all look super-fit and it can't come just from 15 minutes exercise daily?!! But now, I shall make a start and see how I get on - who knows...maybe I will have a Zuzana Bodyrock body (or should that be Lisa now?!!) in the none too distant future!

    And yes...god bless Burpees! ;-)

    I love their moves even though sometimes I feel like I am about to watch porn when I click the play button because of the hot women in these very sexual looking moves.....

    Yep, I hear you. I don't feel very comfortable recommending the site to anyone because I fear people will think I'm some kind of pervert. But if you can get past the porn sounds/imagery, the content is very good.

    Unfortunately, the camera man/ site owner (Freddy) is from the porn industry so I think that is all he knows/prefers. The former host, Zuzanna, is also from the porn industry. It looks like she has moved on from Bodyrock and is starting her own fitness site (am interested to see what that is like because I always found her workouts the most effective).

    I must admit the noises that come from the site are slightly disturbing lol! And I agree that I wouldn't perhaps promote this page with my 'mummy' friends in case they thought that I was a bit pervy, hahaha! I have subscribed to Zuzana's new site and I am also interested to see how this develops - although the love/hate banter that is flying across the Facebook pages now that Zuzana has left keeps me entertained! :-)
