this might have been asked a zillion times but i haven't went through the topics to see soooo if so i apologize and am going to ask just one more time.

when i do a recipe in my food diary it asks me if i want to make it public and on some i have said yes because my daughter and husband are also using myfitness pal with me and want to share my recipes. But where do they go to find the recipes? Yesterday i put something in and we tried to find it in the database and nothing..so we tried again today and nothing? Let me in on the secrets please? thanks.

Yes I to was wondering that as for my husband and I both use myfitnesspal he for gaining weight and I for losing weight.:flowerforyou:
  • I know I have had the same issue. My husband and I are doing MyFitnessPal together. It has been great to do something together, but it irritates him that he can not get access to the recipes I put in.
  • My sister and I have added food to the database when we're visiting and have been able to find each other's foods. You have to type in exactly what they named it (letter for letter). If its in the database you should be able to find it. I don't know how to help other than that, it worked for us but if a lot of people are having trouble it might be database issues.
