Has anyone else plateaued?

If so, did you figure out what caused it? How did you fix it?
I've been using myfitnesspal for about 2 and a quarter months, and I've lost 29 pounds so far, but in the last week I seem to be stuck at the same weight. I'm not horrendously worried about it, but I'm just wondering if there's anything I might be missing, something that could be causing problems? I haven't really changed much in my diet or exercise, other than I'm choosing some different foods than I chose before, but the calorie intake is the same.
Anyways, what do you think? Similar experiences? Ideas?

If you've lost 29 pounds than you probably need less calories. You also need to change up your workouts periodically because your body learns how to burn calories more efficiently so after awhile the same workout becomes less effective.0

Congrats on the 29 pound loss. I have plateaued many, many times along my journey. The longest was about 3 weeks, felt like forever. I just kept going and eventually it started coming off again. It really is nothing to worry about unless you start gaining without loss. But, it sounds like you will be fine. Just keep at it and it will start to melt again.0

What do you mean by "change my workouts"? I go to the gym about an hour 3-4 times a week, but I don't have one routine I stick to, other than I usually do some running during that time, and even with my running, I just kinda do what I feel like. Try to push my limit further and what not.0 -
I don't think you can count a week as a plateau. It's normal as you get closer to your goal weight to lose less. It might not hurt to adjust your goal to 1 lb per week instead of 2 (if that's what you were set on). Be patient, keep doing what you're doing. And maybe open your diary if you don't mind the critiques.0

Until you have been stuck at the same weight for 3-4 weeks, I don't think you can really call it a plateau. The body will naturally go through phases of dropping weight at different paces.
29 pounds in 9 weeks is really fast too! I'd expect your body to put up a bit of a fight at some stage0 -
That;s good. You want to up the intensity of your running periodically. What else do you do for workouts?0
