Ok folks It will only be up for a short time!!! This is a fellow Sgt at the jail where I work. I told her today that I had lost 113 lbs and she said to me, that is what she weighs. So she came up with this cute idea that I should lift her on my shoulder to show how much I lost!!! So here it is. My friends I have lost what my friend weighs! So there is the photo of me carrying today what I used to carry each and every day of my life five sahort months ago!!!

    Funny that what happened to me but with my brother inlaw he weighed 14st i was shocked when i tired to lift him lol :)

    I lost 80lbs, and I put on an 80lb weighted vest when I walk my 4 miles just to feel what it was like.

    It's actually a great workout.
