Options
Ok so here is the deal I am going to go on a shopping trip tomorrow...
My mission spend less the 50 bucks and only buy healthy
less than two items that could be considered junky

my limits I only have a mini fridge and a microwave
I am also a picky eater I prefer fruits over veggies.
Now can you help me out with some suggestions
Also how about meat suggestions
I am going to Walmart and I need the biggest load for my dollar

and go

For healthy choices id go with:
    Bananas
    Oranges
    Clementines
    Low fat yogurt
    Red peppers
    Blueberries
    Strawberries
    Salad
    Low fat salad dressings
    Celery
    Lean pork

Most fruits and vegetables, and for meat it's best to go with lean.

I'll go ahead and say lentils. I just think they're really neat.

http://dorothymcnett.com/recipes/divulge/2108/lentils_ala_microwave_recipe.html here's a recipe for microwave lentils. You should be able to find them quite cheaply for a big bag. Get a cheap container of curry powder to season. You can cook rice in the microwave too, so some frozen vegies, lentils and rice would make for an awesomely cheap, nutritious and filling meal.
