If i do aerobics and pilates mostly without any form of STRAIGHT CARDIO like running or elliptical will I just bulk up under my fat? Or will I be turning my fat into muscle?
I know this may sounds like the dumbest question in the world.. but I'm just curious?

um..cardio is aerobics. and pilates is sorta like yoga. neither of these will build muscle mass.
and you cant turn fat to muscle.
the only way you can bulk up..is to encorporate a heavy lifting program and eat above your maintanence.0 -
Fat can't turn into muscle. Physically impossible. You don't bulk up on calorie deficit even if you trained with weights heavy and hard.If i do aerobics and pilates mostly without any form of STRAIGHT CARDIO like running or elliptical will I just bulk up under my fat?
