Sugar?

I didn't loss this week,. Well Im going to try to cut back on my sugar. Well this morning I had a protien shake for my after workout and a peanutbutter banana sandwhich and Im over on my sugar already. So I don't know how this cutting back on sugar is going to work... Help!!!!

I found that it was not really realistic for me to try to stay within the guidelines that MFP sets for sugar. One piece of fruit put me halfway to what it said I should have in a whole day. Since there's no way I'm going to stay within that I ignore it. I know when I'm eating healthy (and apple) and when I'm not (a cookie). Just focus on making healthy choices overall.0
