Hi all... I'm back to where I started and very upset about it :(

I was housesitting for the week so I couldn't cook - aka I ate take out every night :( I had a Lean Cuisine for lunch, but it still didn't seem to make a difference.

I had lost 3 lbs, and now i'm back to my start weight. I know it's only a few pounds, but on me, it makes a huge difference. My wedding is in 3 months and I need some MAJOR motivation to lose it all over again!

:(

get back on track. thats the best you can do. i recently had a little surgery and my work schedule was crazy and then i ended up sick with strep and a cold. ive been doing this since dec and have lost every week even if it was only ounces. today when i stepped on the scale ive gained 2 pounds. which isnt the worst considering i still have 34 off but i can relate to your gain it is devestating no matter how much youve lost. good luck

Dont panic and stay with it. :ohwell: At times like these when your will power is low and you feel that its not really worth the effort thats when you have to hang in there. I know its hard but put it behind you and go for it this week to get back on track. Good luck :

3 pounds in a week is probably not all pure fat gain. I bet once you're back on the plan you'll drop those 3 within a week or 2! Good luck and stick with it, just keep thinking about that wedding dress!
