slice them up in wedges or however you prefer, drizzle on olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, bake @ 350 until golden brown... delicious!

Here are the lazy-girl instructions for making sweet potato fries

    1. Go to the store
    2. Buy a bag of McCain's frozen sweet potato crinkle fries
    3. Go home
    4. Pre-heat oven
    5. Bake as directed
    6. Enjoy!

I like Alexia's sweet potato fries as well, also in your grocery store freezer AND you can get Inland Valley as well :D

If you have a Trader Joe's in your area, they carry pre-sliced sweet potatoes (in the shape of fries), just in case you don't like the chopping.
