I was asked "Have you been losing weight?" today from a coworker that I haven't seen since the holidays. I've been exercising 5 days a week and eating my recommended calorie value. I don't always eat my exercise calories, but when I work out with 500 plus calories burned I do. I'm especially excited because the scale has told me I've only lossed 2 lbs, but obviously there are changes happening!
