Healthy Crab Salad by Sia Bevis

Ingredients

1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons I cant believe its not butter spread
12 ounces imitation crabmeat (or real canned meat)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Directions

In a medium skillet, saute the green pepper and onion in the butter for 3 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in imitation crabmeat, and saute for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and put mixture into a medium bowl. Stir in yogurt. May be served warm or cold.
