Headaches

I get this strange headache sometimes, and it comes in spurts....like I had it yesterday, have it again today and wouldn't be surprised if I get one tomorrow and the next day....but then I won't have one for weeks.
I am prone to headaches, but this one is particularily annoying. If I am sitting or lying down it is a dull ache in the back right side of my head (this week anyway, I'm sure it's hurt elswhere other times). But when I stand up, or go upstairs it pounds and hurts very bad. Yesterday I took four tylenol through out the day but it didn't help, it didn't go away until sometime between my drive home from work and my bike ride.
I've taken two tylenol about 20 minutes ago but I don't think it will help. Does anyone else get headaches like these, or know what they are called....their so different from a run of the mill headaches and even a migraines (which I also get when I'm very stressed).

Are you drinking enough water?
If it has been going on this long, it is always best to get it checked out by a doctor!

Eeek, I know EXACTLY what you're talking about.
I even get them in the same place...But I get them all the time. At LEAST one every three days.
I went to the doctor for it about a year ago, because pain relievers don't help me either, and they told me that it was a pinched nerve(or something nerve related, lol). They said that a visit to a massage therapist shooould make it better.
I wish I could tell you if it worked, but I never got the chance to get that massage. Haha, let me know if you find out anything!!
