Wow that is inpiring. I just started 4 days ago, after seeing your picture, I had one taken and hopefully I can see a difference in a few months. Thanks for the inspiration. How you doin'?!!
I'm eating 1200-1300 cal/ day, and it seems to be pretty enough for me
I do Zumba and ride the stationary bike, and sometimes i do strenght training..that's it0 -
So did you lose 97 lbs. in six months then? That is awesome, how did you do it so quickly, tell us the secrete. I thought 58 lbs. was good in six months, but your doing fantastic and look like a brand new person. Congratulations to you, well done.

Can you share some of your meal plans and excersize routines?
You do look amazing. So very proud of you and your success.
2-3 zumba class /week
3 times /week stationary bike for 30-45 mins
For breakfast: yoghurt with fruits,omlettes,almonds,whole grain crackers
Lunch: steamed/raw veggies, chicken breast, turkey, tuna, brown rice etc.
Dinner: leftovers from lunch or anything healthy
Snack: pickles, mixed pickles, fruits0 -
