I have been yo yo dieting for the last six months. I lost 50 pds before that and then i got stuck with fad dieting and binging. I want to go back to counting calories. im still down 50 pds but i would like to pick it up from here. starting today!!!!

yesterday i had about 1600 calories but the scale went up 3.5.i believe this is a result of fasting for 2 days now the weight i lost,ju8st popped back on. that why im not going to do it anymore. 1200 cal. a day thats it with my exercise. it should do the job and the weight should stay off!!!!0
