I am loving this site! I just stumbled upon it, trying to find a food/exercise journal template to keep track of things. I just started the "Body for Life for Women", hoping to lose the weight I regained (arrrrg!) after loosing 60 pounds 5 years ago. I didn't regain all of it, but if I don't watch out, I will! Doing great so far--I feel ready to make a life-style change to get the weight off and keep it off this time! Oh, you mean I can't eat what I want and rarely exercise and keep my svelte shape when I'm (well) over 40? Go figure! Now for the test--I'm taking the kiddos to Sonic for their free root beer float night tonight! I better bring an apple!
