    "Hey Blinkin!"
    "Did you say Abe Lincoln?"

Prince John: Such an unusual name, "Latrine." How did your family come by it?
Latrine: We changed it in the 9th century.
Prince John: You mean you changed it TO "Latrine"?
Latrine: Yeah. Used to be "Sh!thouse."
Prince John: It's a good change. That's a good change!

Hahah, when I saw the topic was "older" comedies, I was thinking of things like
"Bringing up Baby" (with Katherine Hepburn)
"Rode to Bali" and all the other Road Shows with Bing Crosby and Bob Hope
"Court Jester" and "Inspector General" with Danny Kaye.

Not stuff that was around when I was a kid

How old do we want to go? "some like it hot" with Marilyn Monroe is one of my faves if you want to talk older movies. "the bachelor and the bobby soxer" with Cary Grant is priceless as well. If we want to talk 80's...gotta have "Better off dead" and "16 candles" on the list...

Just sad that nobody's mentioned Trey Parker & Matt Stone's first film, Cannibal the Musical.

    What About Bob?

i have cried many a tear watching that movie and laughing hysterically. Bill Murray is a comic genius.

As have I, my friend, as have I lol. Doesn't it seem like most the "new" movies are just repetitive? I.E. Hangover P II. It had it's moments, but it seemed as if it was just the same movie as the first one. Don't get me wrong, the first Hangover was HILARIOUS, but I just didn't really appreciate the second one. Not to mention, most comedies have become somewhat of chick flicks. Not really digging it.
