Hi! Like I said, I'm having a hard time eating all of my calories, especially when I excersize. I feel like I am forcing myself to eat at night, even when I'm not hungry, to at least get close to my calorie count. Is anyone else having this problem or am I doing something wrong? My diary is open so you can look and see what you think. Thanks!

I wish I had that problem! haha... I tend to eat all my calories however I'm still relatively new at this and am working on lower the amount I eat daily.

I had a look at your food diary. Are you measuring everything out right? I discovered a few years back when I began a lifestyle change that I could never come close to my calorie goal for the day and it turned out because I was estimating what portions were. I never felt hungry which was because I was actually eating more than I was tracking portion wise. One thing to point out is you seem to always go over your sodium daily intake and sometimes it's by more than 1,000mg! While that may not be an issue now it is something to keep an eye on because it can hurt your weigth loss and lead to some medical problems.

If you are always not hungry to make you calorie target maybe switch some of the things you eat daily to higher fat versions? That can help get the calories in while not having to force yourself to eat more. Or throw in something small like nuts, cheese, etc. Small portions of those help to increase calorie intake quickly!

Hi! Thanks for the input! I know my sodium and sugars are pretty high but I don't really look at the sugars a ton because usually it is because of fruits and not a ton of "added" sugars. The sodium is something I will have to work on. I'm just starting out so I figure I will tackle a few things at a time!
I do measure everything out. That was one of the first suggestions that I got when I joined MFP. Thanks for your input!
