build up my iPod with music that just takes control of me to get moving!

I start a new job on January 30th that will give me a set schedule, no nights, no weekends AND with the first paycheck I plan on getting a gym membership going....

Ive been on the computer for the last hour downloading music from the 70s, 80s and 90s that I remember loving to dance to.. or the music that you find yourself moving to without effort at all - good music that puts a smile on your face and makes you stop in your tracks to get up and start dancing..

WOW! I just cant wait to get this going!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have the next 10 days to get a good head start on early spring cleaning, and then resting up for the new job and going to the gym.....

Ive already lost almsot 70lbs on my own, and Im so focused right now to lose the other 70!!!!

    Hubby was good to me, he kept my entire CD collection in a bookcase right next to his desk that way I can have free access at any time to grab what I need and send it to my iPod! What a great guy supporting me....

    Ive got some awesome stuff from the 70s here that Im about to migrate to the iPod...

    I cant wait to get to the gym already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great choices! Music does get the body going. You've inspired me to change up my mp3 player with some new tunes. Hopefully, this will make the miles fly by.

    Im hitting my Van Halen collection right now... then Ill be on to Cranberries as they have a few medium to high amp tunes, then perhaps Talking Heads have some REALLY AWESOME tunes too....

    Ill create the actual workout music, and then Ill have a file started for cool-down to help get my stretching in at the tempo the music is running on, and to stabilize my heart rate while I stretch...
