:explode: Ok its day two for me here and i was doing 10 minutes of pilates (my small goal of the week) and looked down to see cellulite on the front of my thighs!! Are you kidding me??? i wanted to quit and say forget it...no bathing suit for me!! Problem is i have to vacations with the family this year..any words of encouragment??

Honestly, I really don't think people will be sitting around on the beach just waiting so they can criticize your cellulite.
Be happy with the fact you have good strong legs.

Calorie intake.......count them and keep them with in 1200 I have lost 9 pounds from May 24th until yesterday and I only worked out three times. I walk 25 minutes at 3.5 to 4.0 speed. and then weight training. If you think 1200 is to low, Think again!! I eat very good with this amount. All lowfat and all very good taste. You can do it but you half to want it....DO YOU WANT IT?

I so feel your pain. I THOUGHT I was doing so well. I was eating right, excercising and stupidly got on the scale this morning and had gained a pound. The heaviest I've been in months. I felt so discouraged that I ate and ate today....I even asked my husband ( not a good idea ) if I looked heavier and his hesitation to answer ( go figure ) said it all...what was I thinking!!!!
So tomorrow I'm going to do what? I have a choice. I can get the scale to keep creeping up or I can make a choice and buckle down and get this taken care off....I really can't do the former as it will make me miserable and those around me - so I have to rethink my thinking, change my attitude and start taking care of myself - no one else is going to do this for me.
So I will and ...so will you....show them all that you CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!

Amen to that. I have lost almost the same amount of weight since May 24th when I joined this website and I am still amazed at how much I can eat and eat good and stay at 1200 calories. This site is really helping me keep on track and meet my goals and I have not lost weight this fast doing it the right way EVER!0 -

Insanity = Doing the same thing without change and expecting a different result.
If you want change you HAVE to change your lifestyle and you HAVE to stick with it.
The only way nobody else will ever see parts of your body you're not happy with is if you do something about it. Do something now and stick with it, procrastiation = failure.0
