Just saying hi to everyone new here and not too sure how it will work for me. Well I got the 3 year gym membership, set up my account with MyFitnessPal and now what. When I was younger I lived at the gym. I would work out 2 or 3 times a day (part of my job as a Drill Instructor) but it’s like I’ve forgotten everything I ever knew about working out. I want to walk in knowing what I want to do but am lost. $570 and thrown into the gym without instruction, may God be with me. Or just melt away all my fat tonight while I sleep, that would be very nice. Will start working out first thing in the morning.
