"Smorgastarta," I wish I had learned about this sooner!

This looks absolutely amazing! Has anyone ever tasted or made this before? It's called "smorgastarta," which means "sandwich cake" in Swedish.     They look delish.....I just wonder how healthy they could actually be???!!! I would eat one though!!! :)

    A cake made of sandwich, I'd rather have a sandwich made of cake LOL counter intuitive tho I know :P

    Never heard of them but it is interesting to say the least :)
