was wondering how many people carry calories over to the next day? i know many people say as long as you are within your calories limit for the week you can eat less one day and go over the next because it will equal the same amount of calories consumed for the week. do any of you do this and has it had any effects on your weight loss. some days i am just not very hungry(especially when i am sick) and usually the next day i am starving!

Not sure but when I was doing WW, you were allotted a certain number of points per week and if you ate less one day, surplus points would accumulate which you could then use on a different day. So kind of the same thing as you were talking about.
