use the exact same tools on here to determine what your BMR should be about, and what your maintenance calories should be about, and use the tool for your goal calories to increase weight.
Suggest starting slowly though, you probably have a messed up metabolism and won't feel like eating much. Maybe 200 calories over your maintenance goal.
Make it healthy and nutrient dense food. Snacks may help spread it out enough to eat it all.
Record everything, and if you are exercising with this because you want some muscle weight added on too, eat those calories too.
Pre-workout snack of equal carbs/protein, post workout snack of higher protein/carbs.0 -

Hi, my husband has the same problem he is 5 foot 11 and weighed 55 kg's he was aneroxially thin, he started off by snacking every 10 mins, and also having a supplement drink 3 times a day, he is now weighing 71 kg's looks fantastic for it, and is now also exercising, he is now hungry all the time and eat 6 times a day by watching his calorie intake on here so that he is able to see when he is under and then he eats even a chocolate to help him out. I really hope you get your weight up I promise your confidence will go up and you will feel like a million bucks.0

First of all I salute you for taking the steps to improve your health. I think the best thing you can do is to work it together with your doctor & nutritionist as far as your diet is concerned. For exercise, you should be focusing more on heavy weight lifting & little cardio so you can build more muscle & therefore help you gain weight the right way. If I need a surplus, I incorporate liquid calories such as fruit juices or shakes on my diet as those are very easy to absorb without feeling full & get your calorie surplus from quality foods & not from junk. Hope this helps.0
