has anyone tried jennifer elisions workout dvd?

hello, thinking of buying jennifer elisions workout dvd, has anyone tried it? or if not can they recommend any others to try? work a lot of the time and with the cold dark evening its difficult to get out and do light exercise without paying for the gym. ta, kel xx

    Well, if i did, it wouldn't be for the workout! <3 Jen.

    Seriously though, id trust a DVD from an actual trainer rather than a celeb. Most people here swear by JM 30 day shred.

    Go for the 30 Day Shred. I hear Jillian Michaels is amazing. I am doing INSANITY at the moment and the workouts are intense. If you really want to push yourself to the limits, go with INSANITY. Good luck. :)

    I have Jennifer Elision's West End Work out, and its awful.
