Hundred Pushup Challenge Question...

I saw someone posted a link to the one hundred consecutive pushup challenge last night and I think I may give it a shot.

Question: If anyone has done this before, the one thing I couldn't quite figure out is when exactly are you supposed to take the exhaustion tests after Week 2, 4, etc.?

Common sense tells me it's not right at the end of the 3rd day session when you're already exhausted, so I'm guessing you would do it the next day? But then aren't you supposed to have the day of rest in between workouts...

So if I were to do a Monday, Wednesday, Friday routine for this ... when do I do the exhaustion test? Sunday?

    Thats a good question, I just started this and today will be week 1 day 3, ( I do tues, thurs, sat) I am planning to do exhaustion test on monday. Dont know if thats right but its the only thing I could think of
  • Some friends and I are doing the challenge but we have yet to determine when the exhaustion test is. I'm on the M/W/F schedule also.

    I'm guessing since the exhaustion test isn't exactly a full workout, I will probably do it on Sunday and then continue with the regular schedule on Monday... unless someone recommends otherwise.

    I'm doing it and I keep my schedule every other day (M, W, F, Sun, Tue....) that way you will always have that recommended rest day
