Help me update my playlist...

Options
I am looking to update my running playlist. I tend to do this about every 8 weeks, but I have not done so in a long time. I do not usually discriminate when it comes to genres. My current playlist is about 2 hours long but just want to add a little variety.

What is your favorite song(s) on your playlist
> OR the one that you are most embarrassed to admit is on your list...

Love Jay-Z when running as a great tempo for virtually all his stuff. If it's a bit more leisurely then either Ed sheeran or Rebecca Ferguson as both their most recent ablums are great!!!

I've found Lady Gaga's Born This Way album to be extremely motivating... most of the songs are upbeat and empowering!
Also David Guetta's Nothing But The Beat is a definite must, reminds me of summer and the reason why I'm working out in the first place!

I dunno how good the tempo is for most people, but I really love "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" by Daft Punk for working out.

I'm a fan of podcasts, myself....especially CBC FREE podcasts.

When I walk my dog or walk to work, I love to listen intermittently to stories or music.
If you've ever heard of Stuart MClean from The Vinyl Cafe, he tells great humorous stories.
Here's a link (which includes tabs at the top for preferences). http://www.cbc.ca/podcasting/index.html?arts
My personal favorites are (under Arts and Music):
    Comedy Factory
    Vinyl Cafe
    Age of Persuasion
    Under the Influence
    (Under News & Current Affairs):
    Spark

But there are SO many choices. I never get bored now while listening to my iPod.

    Good Luck!

I LOVE podcasts, but I usually don't listen to them for working out. But, a fun podcast recommendation is the How Stuff Works podcasts. Stuff You Should Know will pick a random topic and do a pretty cool overview of it (and when I say random, I mean things ranging from shrunken heads to the large hadron collider to coffee). And Stuff You Missed In History Class will do the same thing, but with a historical event. They're fun to listen to, and it's always fun to be able to bust out random facts about stuff in normal every day conversation. The same group puts out several other podcasts/videocasts but those are the two I really listen to.
