    Is it just me or is it really frustrating to read the posts of people who are trying to lose weight to an obviously unhealthy level?! I am sympathetic to people with eating disorders and struggled with anorexia many years ago myself.... but there are ED websites where these people can either reinforce their disorder or get help for it. I wish they wouldn't come here as it can be triggering and discouraging to people who are genuinely seeking to live HEALTHIER LIVES. sigh.
