  • I personally like to listen to classic rock when I work out or run.
  • i like the old dance tracks, you know the type, the music videos are full of bib boobed women dancing daft.. they kinda get me pumped.. or some happy hardcore, fast music makes you work harder ,, at least i think so :P

    I've gotta have something heavy.. Pantera, White Zombie, Eminem, Linkin Park, Muse and even a little Ozzy..
    Not my everyday listening to music but it sure gets me going while working out!
  • Just ordered myself Ministry of Sound workout DVD! Can't beat club dance music when working out. It is so motivating! :smile:

    Ok here's my list.. might be wierd but I've got it timed so I can do warm up / elliptical / treadmill running / elliptical #2 and then cooldown.. it works for me so if you like any of these look them up. I use spotify to create my lists --

    My current favorite songs that get me pumped and going faster on the treadmill or elliptical is "Fuego" from Pitbull and "Tik Tok" from the Glee cast. Yeah I know the song is originally done by Ke$ha but I like Glee so there you have it.

Lol!
