Hi! I'm new to this journal stuff, but it does help me realize what I'm putting in my body. I have weak ankles and problems with my left one. I know I have to exercise to lose weight but I think having a weight loss buddy would also help. Someone to talk to while exercising. I live in the zip code 27597 area and looking for others who are in this area.

    It was really hard today because it was my niece's birthday and of course there was chocolate cake and ice cream :( I went over today :( I'm going to exercise in afew!
