176 lbs lost, 74 to go!

First let me say that I do not have any secrets or any miracle that can help you to lose weight fast. I have lost this weight over the course of YEARS, but most of it over the past 16 months. I just count my calories, watch my sodium intake, eat generally healthy, and exercise when I can find the time. I do not deprive myself of things that I love, I just eat them in moderation.

So, today I hit 176 lbs lost. I have literally lost more than what my goal weight is. My heaviest weight was actually 427 lbs when I was pregnant with my youngest son. I go by 420 lbs, though, because that is my highest weight not pregnant. Today I weighed in at 244 lbs! Figured it was time to take pics again and share my pics with you guys again.
