    Wow, that must have been a lot of work! I tell you, you were very pretty at your heaviest, and you are incredibly pretty now. I bet you are so happy you stuck with it. I was going to say you have grabbed life and are running with it, but from your first pictures, you look like you have that kind of personality anyway. I'm happy for you! This is wonderful.

I have really been troubled by the size of my arms and your arms.. wow.. they look great! Did you do any exercises for them??? You look fantastic! I cried to think that it might be possible for me too!

    I love the fact that in all the pictures you where smiling. Shows that you have a great attitude. Keep up the good work. It's amazing the more I lose the slower it seems the weight comes off, but constantly feel so much better physically. Do you feel the same way? Keep up the good work.
