This might seem like a really odd question about male breast

Is it possible for a male such as myself to do a non-surgical "mastoplexy" (male breast lift)? The reason I'm asking is because I'm really not liking how low my nipples are after my weight loss, it just looks abnormal to me. I don't have gynecomastia, just low nipples. I don't want to have any type of surgery or scarring from it.

This might seem like a completely crazy idea but in my head I'm thinking about wearing some type of tight athletic sport undershirt on my way to a low a body fat percentage. The idea is that when my body fat gets low enough it will "stick" to my muscles and it would cause a permanent or at least a semi-permanent male breast lift making my nipples higher and somewhat normally placed. Does skin work this way when it comes to low body fat and sticking to muscles?

The way I got this whole idea is from reading about how skin "sticks" to muscle, etc... and how females have "uni-breasts" and they can slowly separate them by hand...
