Since so much of my motivation comes from seeing others success, I wanted to share my own, as hard as it is to show personal pixs, I know it is helpful to my continued weight loss to see the results and also for others to see peoples results. I have more to go. But here is one of my progress updates. I may do this every 20lbs down. Good luck to you all in your fitness goals

Hey girlie your pictures have to be img not jpeg! There is a tutorial on here, I'll see if I can find it again.

The problem is that you have to upload your pics to a hosting site, not link from your PC desktop. Load them onto a filesharing site like photobucket and then post the link here with "file goes here" without the spaces of course though.

    1. First, the pics need to be uploaded to some type of online photo site. For example, I use shutterfly.

    2. Go to the pic online, right click on it, and select View Image Info.

    3. Copy the url address listed for the photo.

    4. In your post paste the url address

    5. in front of the address type but make sure the img part is lower case 6. at the end of the url address type but make sure the img part is lower case

    Hope that helps!

Try this and see if it works!
