    I think your timing of sharing this tonight was so perfect! I just had a realization that I have about 220 lbs to go to get to where I "should" be. I felt like that was impossible...but you have shown me it truly is doable...the dedication, the determination....I'm planning on following in your footsteps! :)

    this must be what a sculptor feels like, seeing the final product in their mind slowly being revealed from the original material they are working with. Each photo shows more and more the woman inside, and she looks so happy!

    Well done on your continuing journey (and even though I've hit my first goal, it's a continuing journey forever... I know the piggy and slobbish tendencies I have are only hidden!!) :)
