My name is Brian and i am currently 6 1/2 months into my lifestyle change. I started at 326 and currently i am at 254. I dont really have a goal. I am confident that if set one i would reach but i may not be happy when i look in the mirror so my goal is too really like what i see in the mirror. Hired a PT that starts next week and i really think this will help a lot. I have my first 5K in March that i am really excited about and also may do the Warrior Dash. Great to see so many people on here being successful but man it's hard work!
