Has anyone used Chromium Picolinate to curb carb and sugar cravings? Does it aid weight loss? Any success stories?

    I suggest bee pollen.

Chromium picolinate does weird things to me, one of which is fly off the handle easily.

Give bee pollen a try, its better for you in many ways.

I've tried using it... I was losing weight, but I'm not sure how instrumental the supplement was since I was counting calories on MFP. However, I thought it might help since I too heard that it helps regulate blood sugar. I used to eat a lot of processed foods, and I heard Chromium helps remedy issues associated with poor food choices. Now I eat so much better that I've stopped taking it.

I have been using it for a few months now. Now sure if it is helping as I am on pretty low cal by Dr. orders. He does provide it to all his patients as he is convinced it helps but not sure if it is because of cravings. Think it is more to do with dietary restrictions on a low cal eating plan. It is super cheap so I am going to continue it just in case it is helping. :-)

i've tried it an it doesn't do a damn thing for me in regards to stopping me eating foods or making me want less sugar, i don't notice a thing. i've heard so many times it's good, and really good if you are diabetic and so forth, but i dont' notice a change at all.
  • It did not work for me either, but i think i will try the bee pollen

I take it daily. But I also take a plethera of other vitamins/supplements (L-glutamine, b-complex, MSM, green tea w/hoodia, apple cider vinegar) which allegedly claim the same (fat burning, sugar cravings, metabolism) so I can't say if it works or not.....
