HELP!!! Does anyone know how many calories are getting burned doing her 20 min workouts? Has anyone recorded it on the excerise tools and if so what did you name it and listed under cardio and or strength training?

    I record it as 20 minutes of circuit training general.

    I have just started the 30 day shred. I read to record it as circuit training, so that's what I do.

    I was thinking of buying this dvd!! Reading all the posts and seem to be positive..I think I can fit this one in!!!

    Ok, but it just seems to be low on the calroie burning (242) for 20 mins. Thanks.

    It counts 310 for me. I must be bigger than you. I know your size factors into it.

    I use my HRM and its 210 calories for the whole workout, I'm 5'3, 150 pounds

    I dont think 200 cals for 20 min work is low, its about the same as jogging
