Food scale...Do you weigh your portions?

Just got back from buying my food scale...thank you to all who encouraged me to weigh my food...looking forward to seeing the change I'm hoping it will make...to all of you who have read this post and have seen the overwhelming response I hope you too will go out and buy a food scale...I may even post again and let all of you know my progress after weighing and measuring my food choices...thank you again....
