The Bomb Diggity Triscuit Nachos!!!

Hi guys!!!! I have been trying out new things to try to keep my calorie intake down low, and this is my best creations YET.

I call them, “The Bomb Diggity Triscuit Nachos”. recipe is from yours truly. If the portion size is too big, cut recipe in half.

10 Triscuit Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil crackers (200 Calories, or 20 each cracker)
½ cup Bushs Chili Beans (110 Calories)
½ cup Boil In A Bag White Rice (95 Calories)
¼ Cup Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese (80 Calories)
2 Tablespoons Daisy Light Sour Cream (40 Calories, or 20 per Tablespoon)

Optional items:
Salsa, Jalapenos, Hot Sauce, Chiptole Tobasco, etc



Assemble Rice, beans, and cheese on Truiscutsi Put in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until cheese is is melted. Divide Sour Cream and optional ingredients evenly between the Triscuits. Chow down and enjoy!!!

    No you don't sound dumb! Yes, do cook the rice before - I do use the instant rice though.
