Hi! Ive been making some pretty big changes in my eating and exercise habits. And this is one Im particularly excited about! Im not doing anything too extreme; Ive tried that before anfd failed misserably. Instead, Im making lots of small, slow changes that I can honestly stick to. Ive become more active, replaced soda and other sugary drinks with water, cut out fast food (mostly), and replaced high fat favs with lower fat versions. If anyone has any other tips that are simple and easy to follow, let me know! Making a life change! Thanks.

HI! I'm right there with you! Mom of 2- and I've decided it's time to put me first! I am taking the time to log what I eat and actually taking the time for ME to work out. Also shopping for foods- that are for ME, sure the kids can eat them but at least I'm not eating there regular fat yogurts and milk, etc. I have added high fiber foods to my diet to keep me full- bran cereal, fiber one bars, of course fruits and veggies too.

Welcome and best of luck to you!!!

Hi! Well you already seem to have made a good start. I would just say continue what you're going. Keep teaching yourself about healthy living and incorporate these changes into your life at a pace that doesn't stress you out.

    Good luck! :flowerforyou:
