That's good....lol I personally find a strong woman to be very sexy. One of my exes could out bench me without breaking a sweat. I had no problem with it. I just did my bench first and she'd use my max for her warm up....lol0

i have reason 11...
women should not lift weights because they have the amazing ability to gain huge amounts of muscle anytime they lift anything near their max effort. men lack this ability and must progressively lift higher amounts over a volume of time while consuming enough matter to build muscle... but women will magiclly gain muscle from lifting heavy weights. thats why the proper weight training for a women is to lift a 2lb dumbbell that weighs less then the clipboard\book\etc she carries everyday...0 -
Not sure why some males are intimidated by strong, fit females. My hubby now calls me "muscles" and loves how I look.
