Hi everyone, hope your weightloss is going well.
I start my diet and fitness tomorrow.. Wish me luck

  • Hello there, good luck with your diet and exercise! Just finished my 4th day and am v.pleased with myself, managed to get through the weekend without being tempted :-)

    Hi everyone, first day today been holding off all week and thought i would start monday...thought no time like the present so got on it today. hardly ever drink water but have made sure i've drank some today. did fairly well i thought considering it was a sunday lunch only really snacked for tea as i had a roast but am still within my calorie limit. i've been to weight watchers before and lost but felt it was the peer pressure of being weighed by a stranger in front of people as both times i left the pounds piled back on. Since gaining 2-3 dress sizes size i fell pregnant in july 2009 I am determined to do it this time. This sounds so easy no fad diets just pure and simple, eat what you like within the recommended calories for your loss so glad i found this. Hope everyone else is going well with their diet i will pop on and update :)

    Hah I misread that as "I start my diet and FINISH tomorrow"... for a second there I thought you might have set yourself some unrealistic goals! :happy:
