Can anyone direct me to the photo of a woman (side by side comparison) that depicts how we should not let the number on the scale matter? In one photo she is out of shape and in the other she is fit and toned. In the fit and toned photo she is either the same weight or slightly heavier. I believe she was middle-aged as well. Thanks!

I was looking for a different one, it was a girl that posed before and after pics of her friend who did nothing but lift heavy for 6 months and her weight didn't change much.

Awesome! I'm having trouble with the scale not moving and working out loads... so that's definitely given me a boost in the right direction :)
